Heartop uses Google Analytics to understand general site usage such as page visits and navigation patterns. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and processes information under Google's own terms and privacy practices.
Browser local storage
Saved recipe, fishing, pet, map, and daily-checklist progress is stored in the visitor's browser through local storage. Heartop does not require an account for these tools. Visitors can clear this information through the tool controls or browser settings.
Contact and correction submissions
The contact form is processed through Netlify Forms. A submission may contain an optional name or email, page URL, topic, message, and source URL. Heartop uses this information to review the request and reply when useful. Do not submit passwords, payment data, private messages, or account credentials.
Correction and deletion requests
Use the contact form to identify a submission or public page that needs correction, removal, or privacy review. Include enough context to locate the information. Heartop may need to retain limited submission context while resolving the request or protecting the integrity of the correction record.

Future advertising services
Heartop does not claim that Google AdSense advertisements are currently active. If Heartop participates in Google AdSense or another advertising service, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency control, and, where allowed, personalized advertising.
Personalized and non-personalized ads
If advertising is enabled later, available choices may include personalized or non-personalized ads depending on visitor location, consent, and publisher settings. Non-personalized ads can still use limited cookies for measurement, frequency control, security, and fraud prevention.
Privacy and consent choices
Visitors can manage cookies and local storage through browser controls. Before advertising is activated, Heartop should deploy the consent controls required for the regions it serves, including a Google-certified consent management platform where Google's policies require one. This policy does not claim that the current site automatically satisfies every regional privacy law.
