Google Analytics
Heartop uses Google Analytics to understand general site usage such as page visits and navigation patterns. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and processes information under Google's own terms and privacy practices.
Browser local storage
Saved recipe, fishing, pet, map, and daily-checklist progress is stored in the visitor's browser through local storage. Heartop does not require an account for these tools. Visitors can clear this information through the tool controls or browser settings.
Contact and correction submissions
The contact form is processed through Netlify Forms. A submission may contain an optional name or email, page URL, topic, message, and source URL. Heartop uses this information to review the request and reply when useful. Do not submit passwords, payment data, private messages, or account credentials.
Correction and deletion requests
Use the contact form to identify a submission or public page that needs correction, removal, or privacy review. Include enough context to locate the information. Heartop may need to retain limited submission context while resolving the request or protecting the integrity of the correction record.

Google AdSense site code
Heartop has installed Google AdSense site code while applying to participate in the Google AdSense advertising program. Advertising may not be displayed unless and until Google approves the site.

Where Google advertising is served, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Google's advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site and/or other sites. Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also use their own cookies if they serve ads here.

If advertising is enabled, Google and, where applicable, approved third-party advertising vendors may process limited information to serve and measure ads, help prevent fraud or abuse, provide reporting, and personalize advertising only where consent and publisher settings allow. Their use of information is governed by their own policies and the choices available to visitors.
Personalized advertising choices
Depending on visitor location, consent, and publisher settings, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized. Visitors can manage Google's personalized advertising choices through Google Ads Settings. Non-personalized ads can still use limited cookies for measurement, frequency control, security, and fraud prevention.
Consent management
Where required, including for eligible advertising traffic in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, Heartop will use a Google-certified consent management platform before serving personalized advertising. A certified CMP is not represented as live on this site until it has actually been configured and published.
Privacy and consent choices
Visitors can manage cookies and local storage through browser controls and Google Ads Settings. Where a consent message is available, visitors may be able to revisit or withdraw their choices there. Heartop does not provide a non-working privacy control before a consent platform has been configured.
Regional privacy information
Privacy and advertising choices can vary by location. The EEA, UK, and Switzerland may require consent for certain advertising uses.
